Please review the twelve comprehensive contractual provisions below governing your relationship with Infinity Tax & Insurance, including our SMS messaging operational terms and regulatory compliance guidelines.

11. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Infinity Tax & Insurance. By engaging our advisory services, accessing our client systems, or submitting your contact information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be governed by these provisions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of our services immediately.

22. Services

Infinity Tax & Insurance delivers professional personal and business tax preparation, bookkeeping, corporate insurance advisory, and financial compliance services. Specific scopes of representation, deliverables, and retainers are defined within individual client service agreements executed prior to the commencement of professional work.

33. SMS Program

Our Short Message Service (SMS) program notifies clients regarding critical tax filing status changes, required document uploads, consultation scheduling, upcoming appointment reminders, and account alerts. SMS notifications are strictly transactional and administrative; they are not used for unsolicited mass third-party marketing.

44. Consent

By submitting your mobile telephone number through our contact forms, service agreements, or direct intake paperwork, you grant express written consent to receive automated and agent-sent text messages from Infinity Tax & Insurance. Consent to receive SMS messages is strictly voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product, tax service, or professional consulting.

55. Message Frequency

The frequency of text messages corresponds directly with your current case activity, tax preparation cycle, and service schedule. While routine maintenance averages 2 to 4 messages monthly, active filing periods between January and April may require additional verification and deadline reminder transmissions.

66. Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to each SMS message transmitted or received, in accordance with your personal cellular carrier contract. Infinity Tax & Insurance does not assess direct charges for message delivery, but you are responsible for any fees assessed by your mobile provider.

77. Opt-Out

You may opt out of our SMS communication program at any time. To cease receiving mobile messages from Infinity Tax & Insurance, follow the simple command highlighted in the box below:

SMS Opt-Out Instruction: Text STOP to 912-655-0509 to immediately discontinue all SMS communications. You will receive one final automated text confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further SMS messages will be transmitted unless you submit a new affirmative consent.

SMS message delivery depends on active wireless service availability, coverage quality, and individual device compatibility.

Mobile numbers collected specifically for SMS notification purposes are never sold, rented, leased, or transferred to unaffiliated third parties for marketing or promotional campaigns.
